Hello! I’m Ashika (known as Ash), a weddings and events planned based in the UK. Planned by Ash was born from my love of thoughtful planning and bringing real meaningful moments to life. After planning my own wedding in 2021, I discovered just how much I enjoyed the process of creating an event from start to finish and ensuring every element came together seamlessly.

While I lead the planning and creative direction, I am supported by a small, trusted team made up of my sister and husband. Together, we ensure every event is delivered with care, calm and attention to detail, ensuring nothing is overlooked on the day. 

All my friends and family will agree that I am a self-confessed perfectionist in the best way. From sourcing inspiration to refining the smallest details, I take pride in designing an event that reflects your personality and vision – because no two events should ever feel the same. Our goal is to be a team you can trust completely. We want you to feel calm, supported and confident throughout the planning process and on the day itself, knowing everything is taken care of.  

Outside of planning, I am also a Solicitor. Working as a solicitor may sound like a big difference in career to planning events, but a lot of skills do crossover! Attention to detail, working on spreadsheets, meeting deadlines – these are all very important in both fields.

Outside of planning and reading contracts, I enjoy hosting friends and family. When I’m, not entertaining, you’ll usually find me somewhere with a good book or enjoying a cosy night in with a film and hot drink – my idea of perfect downtime and beats a night out any day!

I value building genuine, lasting relationships with everyone I work with and I feel honoured to be trusted with such meaningful moments, whether it’s a wedding or special celebration.
