For couples who have finalised all the details of their big day but would like us to co-ordinate the day to ensure a smooth event. We would come on board 6 weeks before the big day.

Services will include:

- Completion of an event pack (supplied by us and completed by you) which will include supplier details and full itinerary of the day.

- Review and input to the full itinerary as required. 

- Compiling a shorter high level itinerary and key information pack for suppliers to be circulated by us 2 weeks prior to the event.

- x2 scheduled video calls in the 6 weeks prior to the wedding and access to me through a group chat for any other communication / calls as needed.

- A site visit (if requested) with the couple to walk through logistics of the day.

- On the day co-ordination of the wedding day with at least x2 team members to manage timings for a smooth event.

For couples who have planned all the key details for their big day and booked all key suppliers but would like someone to come in board in the month prior to the event to takeover the planning process and supplier liaison. We would start working with you to complete an event pack document 2 months prior to the event, taking over the planning process in full in the 4 weeks prior to the event. 

Services will include:

- If required, sourcing and confirming any smaller suppliers left to book, taking into account budget requirements.

- Working with you to complete an event pack for the day including a full itinerary with detailed responsibilities and timings.

-Communication with all suppliers 4 weeks prior to the wedding day to confirm any outstanding queries.

- Compiling a shorter high level itinerary and key information pack for suppliers to be circulated by us 2 weeks prior to the event.

- x3 scheduled video calls in the 6 weeks prior to the wedding and access to me through a group chat for any other communication / calls as needed.

- A site visit (if requested) with the couple to walk through logistics of the day.

- On the day co-ordination of the wedding day (with at least x2 team members) to manage timings for a smooth event.

For couples who would like assistance with planning their wedding from start to finish, from shortlisting and confirming the venue and all suppliers, to on the day management and co-ordination. We will be with you every step of the way.

Services will include:

- Sourcing and liaising with venues and suppliers, taking into account your budget requirements.

- Wedding inspiration ideas and moodboards provided to you.

- Access to templates for budgeting, guest lists, invitations, supplier considerations and more.

- Working with you to complete an event pack for the day including a full itinerary with detailed responsibilities and timings.

- Compiling a shorter high level itinerary and key information pack for suppliers to be circulated by us 2 weeks prior to the event.

- Regular updates on progress and timelines with scheduled video calls and access to me through a group chat for any other communication / calls as needed.

- A site visit (two site visits if required) to run through logistics of the day.

- On the day co-ordination of the wedding day (with at least x2 team members) to manage timings for a smooth event.
